The Flag Check may be available as a beta or early access release. We are grateful you are here and helping improve transparency for renters.

During early access, features and data may change, some experiences may be rough around the edges, and we may need to pause or adjust the Service. We still take your privacy and community safety seriously; see our Privacy Policy.

Legal terms: Your use of the Service is governed by our Terms of Service, including the section on early access (beta). When you create an account, you accept those Terms and our Privacy Policy through the same checkboxes as always—there is no separate “beta contract” to sign.
