We're building something that hasn't existed before.

A platform where complaints become resolutions. Where people affected by broken systems have a voice, and the institutions responsible for fixing them are held accountable.

New York City has 70,000 residential buildings, millions of tenants, and a data infrastructure that has never been properly activated. We're activating it.

Who we're looking for

We're not hiring yet.But we're always thinking about the people we'll want when we are.

The ones who build things end to end and take pride in what they ship. Who think in systems but execute in sprints.

People who are analytically rigorous but never lose sight of the human problem underneath the data. Who are humble enough to know what they don't know, and confident enough to move anyway.

And people who take risks consciously. Who understand that building something real is exciting and requires making hard calls with incomplete information, and who are energized by it.

If that sounds like you, we'd like to know you exist.

No open roles yet.

We're intentionally keeping the team small right now. When we hire, it will be deliberately and for the long term — not to fill a seat, but because we've found someone we'd want to build with for years.

That said, we're always open to hearing from people who are serious about this space. Send us your background and what excites you about what we're building. We read everything.
